The CRA sports elective is doing two things right now and they’re both rather interesting. The sports elective is letting their students pick an assignment out of two, “We’re making our own sports or a 30 day fitness program” Nixon the 6th grader. The first option speaks for itself, some of the students are gonna group up and make their own sports. The other option, a 30 day fitness program, every day you work on a different part of your body. Monday you might work on your upper body and the next you’ll work on cardio. The fitness program will also show you your diet and how much of your weight is fat, muscle, and bone.
