6th Grade Ultimate Frisbee!

6th Grade Ultimate Frisbee!

Aiden Ferguson

Currently, in PE the 6th graders are playing ultimate frisbee! If you don’t know what that is, the premise of the game is to throw the frisbee into the goal to score a point and do things such as pass it to your teammates. In the end the team with the most points wins. So a pretty basic but fun game. Drew Wallock who’s in 6th grade said, “I enjoy ultimate frisbee a lot. It’s pretty fun.” Drew’s favorite part of ultimate frisbee is catching the frisbee which is something you do a lot but I get why it’s his favorite part. It can feel pretty accomplished. Lylah Morgan, the 6th grader says they enjoy ultimate frisbee. Her favorite part of the game is scoring, which I feel like is a lot of people’s favorite parts of any game. Drew says that the difficulty of the game depends on how good the defense is. Like most games it just depends on your skill overall and I bet the game is harder than it sounds. Overall it seems like a pretty fun game and you could definitely break a sweat playing it even if it doesn’t sound like the most competitive or exciting game.
