The Shiba Inu dog is  a very energetic dog.  The Shiba Inu is a Japanese breed of hunting dog. A small to medium breed, it is the smallest of the six original and distinct spitz breeds of dog native to Japan. A small, agile dog that copes very well with mountainous terrain, the Shiba Inu was originally bred for hunting. (Random Fact,) You may have seen the “Doge” meme, that was a Shiba Inu.  Shiba Inu’s aren’t a very good family dog breed. Shiba Inu’s are very hard to train to make a good family dog. I have a Shiba  and it took him 3 years to be actually trained well. Some Shibas aren’t that friendly and could bite with their sharp teeth. But Shibas are really nice and fluffy. Shiba Inu’s will bark at anyone they don’t know, (not in a mean way but out of curiosity.) Shiba Inu’s will eat anything, my dog Ogi, has eaten toothpicks, slime, bees, yarn, chocolate, and bamboo. All of these things he has almost died from, so always keep an eye out for your Shiba. Shiba Inu’s are very mischievous and intelligent dogs. Shiba Inu’s are fluffy dogs and with proper training they could become a nice house dog.
