Farewell 8th Graders,

By the 12th of June the 8th graders are graduating! This is a very bitter sweet moment for all of us since we have been here for so long. I have been here for 8 years and have grown up at this school with these people. Many people at this school has impacted me into growing and becoming the person I am today. I have enjoyed many things here, like going to DC and the Run for the Arts. There are many things to look forward to as younger grades enter into 8th grade. Savor every moment because it fly’s by very quickly! Goodbye!

-Your Student Council Vice President,

Madison Moore

Hi everyone,

It has been an honor being your president this year, and being the vice president last year! We will miss all of you so much! I have gotten the privilege of getting to know you all this year, and it has certainly been enjoyable. Middle schoolers, remember to enjoy the time you have together- trust me it goes by really fast. It feels like yesterday was my first day of middle school, and I still remember all the mixed emotions of excitement, nervousness, and eagerness. There will be lots of drama in middle school, that’s just how things go. But I promise you that things aren’t as big of a deal as they seem, and in the end everything will be okay. Maintaining good grades, coming to class prepared,  and participating are so  important. Just know that how you act now, and everything your teachers do are setting you up for success in the future. Good luck, and if you ever need anything or someone to talk to, feel free to email me!
